Welcome to Dream Filters Dandeli. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a booking or using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered

• Accommodation including Deluxe AC Rooms, Non-AC Rooms, and Camping Tents
• Customized packages with meals, activities, and amenities
• Adventure and leisure activities such as river rafting, jungle safaris, and nature walks

2. Reservations & Bookings

• Bookings can be made through our website or via phone
• Booking confirmation will be sent through email or WhatsApp
• Full payment is required unless otherwise specified at the time of booking

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect resort property, staff, and other guests
• Any damage caused to property will be charged to the guest
• Guests must follow local laws, safety instructions, and resort guidelines

4. Limitation of Liability

Dream Filters Dandeli shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from events beyond our control, including natural disasters or government restrictions.

5. Privacy Policy

Personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and do not misuse guest information.

6. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Guidelines

• Cancellations made 15 days or more before arrival are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 8–14 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival are non-refundable
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds

2. Refund Processing

Refunds are applicable only for bookings made directly with Dream Filters Dandeli. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method and typically processed within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may vary.

3. Booking Modifications

Guests may request date or booking modifications at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability. Price differences may apply if revised dates fall under higher tariff periods.

4. Force Majeure

In situations beyond our control such as natural calamities, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions, we will attempt to offer alternate dates or equivalent services. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain third-party activities such as jungle safaris, boating, or adventure sports may be non-refundable once confirmed. These will be clearly communicated during booking.

6. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Guests are advised to review the policy before booking.
